Bryan Holker has over 30 years of expertise concentrating strictly on shopping center sales. He was the top retail investment broker in San Diego county in 1989. Robert Crider has been selling retail investments since 1999. Eric Jauch interned with BD Holdings while going to USD in 2008 and has been full time since graduating in 2010. Jake Holker grew up learning about shopping center investments and has been full time since graduating USD in 2015.

The team's focus is concentrated on assisting buyers and seller acquire or dispose of, or complete a 1031 exchange of retail investment properties.
